The video above gives an overview of the main idea of the course: helping yourself and others be more available increases a groups’ capacity for participation, learning and collaboration. Even though we show the Framework in the video, don’t get too worried if it looks a little complex! We build the Framework piece by piece during the six modules so that by the time it is all put together you have a real sense of the connections and processes (even enough to understand why in the world there is an elephant icon in there…).
